Zurich Edge Assist brings sales, customer service, and claims management together in a single platform, providing a unified experience.
The goal of this initiative is to offer the company’s partners a smoother, faster, and fully digitalized journey.
Currently available in Indonesia, the platform is set to launch soon in India, Japan, and Malaysia.
