Non-life insurance in South Africa: customer satisfaction index

According to the latest Customer Satisfaction Index (SA-csi), conducted by the Consulta research firm, South Africa's OUTsurance is in first place in the non-life ranking with a score of 82.3 in 2020.

In second and third place are Virseker and Old Mutual with a score of 81.7 and 81.3 respectively.

The survey was conducted among 2 600 customers of seven South African non-life insurance companies : OUTsurance, Virseker, Old Mutual, Momentum, Santam, Discovery et Auto & General.
