Introduction of a supplementary tax on the insurance contracts

Within the framework of the 2008 financial law, the government has decided to institute a supplementary tax on the insurance contracts for automobiles. Called Tacava, the 10% tax levied on the net premium is added to VAT and to the registration tax of 4.5%.
