Zurich Middle East: Generation Y to benefit from new health coverage

In an effort to improve health insurance benefits in the United Arab Emirates, Zurich Middle East is introducing YourCare, a health insurance plan for the age group known as the Millennials, (people born between 1984 and 1996).

The application is submitted online, without prior health diagnosis. For 4 AEDs (1.08 USD) per day, the customer would be covered up to 1 million AEDs (272 210 USD). Hospitalization fees, funeral expenses and health care for children with cancer are included in this plan.

In the United Arab Emirates, the cost of chemotherapy sessions for breast cancer can exceed 384 000 AED (104 500 USD).
