Walaa Cooperative Insurance: share capital increase

Walaa Cooperative Insurance plans to increase its share capital from 646.4 million SAR (172.2 million USD) to 755 million SAR (201 million USD). The operation is yet to be approved by the shareholders and the competent authorities.

For the record, in 2020 Walaa increased its share capital by 118.4 million SAR (USD 31.5 million). The last raise in the company's capital was carried out after the merger with MetLife AIG ANB.
