Kofi Duffour has been appointed chairman of the Board of WAICA Re, a newly-established Nigerian reinsurer. Kofi Duffour, who has an experience of over 20 years in the insurance industry, retains his position as executive officer at the Ghanaian company Star Insurance Company.
