Wafa Assurance wins “Customer Service of the Year 2026” award

Wafa Assurance has won the “Customer Service of the Year 2026” award in the Property Insurance and L&H Insurance categories.

This distinction was awarded during the ninth “Élection du Service Client de l’Année Morocco (ESCDA)” awards ceremony, organized on 11 December 2025, in Bouznika, in the suburbs of Casablanca (Morocco), by the company Baromètre Service Client Maroc (BSCM).

The ESCDA label was established in France in 2007 by Ludovic Nodier and has since expanded internationally, including into Morocco in 2017.
