United Kingdom: Flood Re, a new reinsurance company specializing in flood risk

A new reinsurance company officially been launched in the UK. Called 'Flood Re ", the new company has a total underwriting capacity of 2.1 billion GBP (3 billion USD). It aims to cover about 350 000 households against flood risk.
