Unified health insurance contracts in Oman

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) in Oman publishes a draft unified health insurance contract.

The contractual document that helps protect the insured, aims to regulate the relationship between insurance companies, health service providers and third-party health insurance administrators. It also improves the management of insurance operations and facilitates the compliance required for digital transformation.
