UAE listed insurers: 2022 results

According to Badri Management Consultancy, listed Emirati insurers have ended the year 2022 with an 11% increase in their turnover reaching 29 billion AED (7.9 billion USD).

The market is dominated by Orient Insurance, Abu Dhabi National Insurance and Sukoon.

The net profit generated by the listed insurers as at 31 December 2022 stood at 1.52 billion AED (413.8 million USD), declining by 23% compared to the same period in 2021.
