Tunu Sokiri, new Chief Operating Officer of Africa Specialty Risks

Tunu Sokiri has been appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Africa Specialty Risks (ASR). Based in London, he will report directly to Mikir Shah, CEO of ASR.

Since beginning his career in 2001, T. Sokiri has held several operational roles at insurance and reinsurance companies in the United Kingdom, including Brit Insurance, Munich Re, Chaucer, ACE, and SCOR.

Before this appointment, ASR’s new COO spent nearly five years at Travelers Europe (United Kingdom).
