Tunis Re has finalized its capital increase

Tunis Re has finalized the capital increase it announced during the extraordinary general assembly held on January 12, 2010. This increase, in cash, raises the share capital from 35 million TND (23.8 million USD) to 45 million TND (30.7 million USD). Two million new shares are added to the other seven million already available.
