Three giants are sharing about 80% of the life insurance market

According to the Chinese Insurance Regulation Commission (CRA), three giants are sharing about 80% of the life-insurance market: China Life Insurance Co., Ping An Life Insurance Co. and China Pacific Life Insurance Co. Ltd.
Since the end of 2005, the Chinese life-insurance market has been marked by the arrival of 40 foreign companies which opened 99 branches in the country.
