Tawuniya has signed the biggest health contract ever to be signed in the Gulf

Tawuniya, the most important Saudi insurer, has grabbed a health insurance contract from Saudi Telecommunications Company(STC) for the coverage of its 20 000 staff members. The insurance premium amounts to 507 million SAR (135 million USD). The most substantial health insurance policy ever underwritten in the region, has come into force as of October 2009. The contract is for a three-year period.
