Takaful: Partnership between State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan and Bank of Punjab

State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan (SLIC) and Bank of Punjab (BOP) signed a "bancatakaful" agreement. This is the first agreement between both companies.

Under this arrangement, SLIC can market its Takaful products through the Islamic branches of the Pakistani bank.

Both partners also concluded a bancassurance partnership.
