Takaful insurance contribution in the United Arab Emirates

Talks conducted during the 8th INSUREX conference have dealt with the contribution of Takaful insurance. The participants noted that the turnover posted in this segment is on a steady rise. Effort must be maintained to conquer market shares. Takaful Emarat and Uniqa Group stand for one of the rare examples of portfolio diversification beyond the realm of the usual muslim customers. By proposing a common product targeting German Emirates Club in the Emirates, both groups have managed to reach 85% of German-speaking households in the country.
