Swiss Re group executive team reshuffle

Swiss Re is reshuffling its management team as current COO Anette Bronder is set to step down.

In this context, Pravina Ladva has been promoted to Group Digital Transformation Officer and member of the Board of Directors at Swiss Re. The appointment takes effect on 1 January 2022.

The IT related responsibilities will be consolidated under P. Ladva's leadership. The Chief HR Officer, Cathy Desquesses, will lead the real estate and communication departments.

The remaining business activities of the reinsurer will be carried out in related areas of the organization.
