The Sultanate of Oman to host the 34th GAIF conference

The Sultanate of Oman is preparing to host the 34^th conference of the General Arab Insurance Federation (GAIF).

The biennial event will be organized in 2024 by Oman's Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Omani Insurerance Association. The date comes with the 60^th anniversary of the GAIF, which was established in 1964 in Egypt.

The 33^rd GAIF conference was held from 5 to 8 June 2022 in Oran (Algeria) and tackled "The new situation and its repercussions on the insurance industry: What are the challenges and the opportunities for the Arab insurance market?".
