A study of SIH proposes tightening measures

A study achieved by Saradar Investment House (SIH) calls for tougher measures as to capital requirements and solvency margin in a bid to match the number of underwriters with the market size. The measure recommended by SIH would drive more than 2/3 of the 59 insurers operating in Lebanon out of business after merger or liquidation.
