The Société Tunisienne d'Assurances et de Réassurances (STAR) has published its provisional quarterly results.
As at 31 March 2023, the company's turnover reached 127.349 million TND (41.2 million USD), increasing by 0.3% over a year.
Non-life premiums amounted to 116.372 million TND (37.7 million USD) compared to 10.977 million TND (3.5 million USD) for the life class of business.
The settled claims totaled 64.049 million TND (20.7 million USD), falling by 11.2% compared to the same period in 2022.
The financial products went up by 5.2% to stand at 21.059 million TND (6.8 million USD) during the first three months of 2023.
