STAR, Lassaad Zarrouk appointed chairman

STAR has appointed Lassaad Zarrouk chairman, in replacement of Abdelkarim Merdassi. A graduate of the Ecole Nationale d'Administration in Paris, L. Zarrouk has served as general manager of the social security within the Ministry of Social Affairs, before joining in October 2009, the national health insurance fund (CNAM) as chairman.
