South Africa: Fitch ratings downgrades the outlook of Old Mutual

The Fitch rating agency has confirmed the long-term rating (IDR) of Old Mutual to BBB+. It has however, downgraded its outlook from "stable" to "negative watch".

This decision has followed the announcement reported on March 11, 2016 by the South African group to split into four independent companies.
