Solidarity Saudi Takaful is getting listed

Solidarity Saudi Takaful is the last Takaful insurer to get established in Saudi Arabia. On March 22, 2010, the company provided investors with 40% of its capital representing 22.2 million shares in an initial public offering. The remaining 60% are held by Solidarity Group (Bahrain) as well as by Saudi shareholders. The new company will offer its customers products in all insurance classes of business.
