Smokers will be penalized in Saudi Arabia

Smokers will be penalized in Saudi Arabia. They will be required to pay a health insurance premium that is higher than that of non smokers.
In January 2009, the Saudi health Minister issued an instruction to the insurance companies requiring from them to label smokers as high risk class subjected to the payment of a health additional premium.
