Siraj Holding acquires Al Hilal Takaful

Siraj Holding, the private investment company has acquired Al Hilal Takaful the insurance company from Al Hilal Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank.

The transaction represents a turning point in Al Hilal Takaful’s operations because it strengthens its position as the first provider of Takaful solutions in the UAE.

The acquisition has been approved by the shareholders and the country’s regulatory authorities.
