Shareholding plan designed for AXA's employees

Launched on August 18, “Sherplan 2008” is a shareholding plan designed for the group's employees. So far, 36 000 collaborators, that is, 30% of the staff members have taken part in the group's capital increase. The overall underwriting has amounted to 460 million EUR (652 million USD). The late results show that employees currently hold 6% of the capital and 6.5% of the group's voting rights.
