Scor global Life SE has announced the opening of a new life branch in the Netherlands

Scor is expanding in the Netherlands where it inaugurated a life reinsurance branch. The French reinsurer intends to fully benefit from this market which is underwriting 26 billion EUR (38.9 billion USD) in life premiums. The branch will be operating in the traditional life class of business and in pension fund-related covers. Herman Krekelberg will be the managing director of the new entity.
