Scor to finalise the acquisition of Coriolis

SCOR has completed the acquisition of Coriolis Capital, a UK-based company specialized in alternative reinsurance.

It was through its portfolio management company, SCOR Investment Partners, that the French group took control over Coriolis. The transaction was announced on May 23rd, 2019.

This acquisition is part of the Group's "Quantum Leap" strategic plan which targets an accelerated development in the Insurance-Linked Securities (ILS).
