SCA Promotions, always in conflict with the cyclist Lance Armstrong

The publication by the French sports newspaper « l'Equipe » on August 23, 2005, of the results to the biological tests accusing Lance Armstrong of doping during his 1999 victory, has revived the row involving the champion and his insurer SCA Promotions which still stands by its decision not to pay him the 5 millionUSD premium for his 1999 Tour de France victory .
