Saudi Re: new Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors

Abdullatif Al Fozan and Turki Al Sudairy have been respectively appointed Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Saudi Re for a three-year term (2023-2026). Both appointments have received the Saudi Central Bank's approval.

A. Al Fozan is a board member of several companies in Saudi Arabia including United Homeware Company, Al Oula Real Estate Company, Alpha Capital. He also serves as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Al Fozan Holding Company and Chief Executive Officer of Ascend Healthcare Solutions.

As for T. Al Sudairy, he is the CEO and Managing Partner of Abdul Latif Jameel Insurance Brokers. In 2022, he joined Saudi Re's Board of Directors as a member.
