Saudi insurers to accelerate merger and acquisition operations

The Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) issued a statement encouraging insurance market stakeholders to speed up merger and acquisition operations.

According to the SAMA, these operations could strengthen the sector's financial position and make it more competitive.
