Allianz subsidiary in Saudi Arabia, Saudi Fransi Insurance Company, is going to double its shares in the stock market. The shareholders have approved the issue of 10 million new shares at the price of 12.5 SAR (3.3 USD) per share. The new stocks will be proposed to the existing shareholders.
