Saudi British Bank to sell its stake in Wataniya Insurance

The Saudi British Bank (SABB) is selling its entire 20% stake in the capital of Wataniya Insurance to Private Wealth Investment Holding.

The transaction is valued at 80 million SAR (21.3 million USD).
