Santam will not increase its tariffs

Despite the increase of its loss experience, Santam has decided not to raise the tariffs for the risks affected by the floods earlier this year. Heavy rains fell on Namibia affecting homes, businesses, vehicles and crops.
The insurer, however, said it would conduct inspections for all claims and assess the overall risks represented by each policyholder.
