Santam Insurance appoints Philile Mkhize as new Chief Operating Officer

Santam Insurance has announced the appointment of Philile Mkhize as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO).

P. Mkhize brings over 25 years of experience in strategy, management, and innovation, having held leadership roles across the banking, insurance, and telecommunications sectors.

Throughout her career, she has contributed her expertise to several prominent organizations, including Liberty Group South Africa and Absa Group.
