Sanlam cedes 10% of its capital to Ubuntu-Botho

Sanlam has concluded a pre-agreement with Ubuntu-Botho Investments to cede 10% of its capital. The transaction, estimated at 334 millions USD, makes Ubuntu-Botho Investments the first shareholder of the group.
