Samy Touhouche, new CEO of Algérienne Vie

Samy Touhouche has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Algerian Gulf Life Insurance Company (AGLIC), which operates under the trade name Algérienne Vie. His appointment took effect on 1 December 2025.

Mr. Touhouche brings nearly 15 years of professional experience, having worked for several major Algerian institutions, including the Caisse Nationale d'Épargne et de Prévoyance (CNEP-Banque), Cash Assurances, and the National Bank of Algeria (BNA).

He joined Algérienne Vie in 2020 as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
