Salama intents to acquire takaful companies

In its plan to go international, the holding Islamic Arab Insurance Company (Salama) is intent on investing 150 million to 200 million USD for the acquisition of Takaful companies, especially in Malaysia, Indonesia and turkey.

The company is currently holding talks for the takeover of companies in Malaysia. Salama is already present in Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, Senegal, Algeria and Egypt.
