NAICOM, the regulatory authority, is preparing a bill pertaining to the review of premium insurance tax. In an effort to boost the sector, NAICOM also plans to revise upwards the remuneration rates of the capitals deposited by the companies at Nigeria's Central Bank in accordance with the statutes.
