The retirement fund CIMR released from the insurance code

The national commission in charge of monitoring retirement reform has decided that because of its management procedure based on allotment, the Caisse Interprofessionnnelle Marocaine des Retraites (CIMR) (the Moroccan Inter-professional Retirement Fund) shall not be subjected to the provisions of the insurance code. Talks are underway in order to endow CIMR with a new statute by the end of 2008.
