Reorganization, as of December 2009, of SAA's general management

The first Algerian insurer is reviewing its organization. The chairman Amara Latrous is shouldered by three deputy general managers. One, Mostefa Douakh, in charge of technical problems; another, Ramdane Kaci Aissa is assigned the administrative department and the third, Mouloud Abane is in charge of financial activities and IT. Hassen Naghmouche continues to hold the position of head of division for technical risks and reinsurance.
