Rejection of the Tanzanian insurers’ complaint

The Supreme Court has rejected the lawsuit lodged by 10 Tanzanian insurers against the obligation imposed on them to cede 25% of their reinsurance cessions to the Tanzania National Reinsurance Corp Ltd.
