A rate of 0.25% of the written premiums to finance the insured guarantee fund

A ministerial decree has set the contribution rate of insurance, reinsurance companies and that of branches of foreign insurance companies registered to the Guarantee Fund. This rate is of 0.25% of the written premiums net of cancellation. This contribution is payable before the month of September, every year.
