Qatar Insurance Company ready to set up a life and health company

Qatar Insurance Company (QIC) plans to establish a subsidiary company dedicated to operations in life and health insurance before the end of the year. This company will underwrite risks in the entire region of the Gulf. QIC is studying two options: a collaboration with a partner or the management of this pole from within. QIC is dotted with a portfolio of 70 000 health insurance policies.
