Qatar Insurance Company (QIC) enter the Lloyd's through Antares

Qatar Insurance Company (QIC) plans to acquire Antares Holdings, a specialist in insurance and reinsurance , operating in the Lloyd's market.

According to a declaration by Khalifa Al Subaey, CEO of QIC, this operation is part of the internationalization strategy of QIC.

The transaction, that the financial aspect has been unveilled , is expected to be completed during the second half of the year.
