Qatar Insurance Company: Q1 2022 results

Qatar Insurance Company (QIC) has recorded a net profit of 230.142 million QAR (78.165 million USD) in Q1 2022, showing an increase of 12.4% compared to the same period of 2021.

The underwriting result reached 170.915 million QAR (58.05 million USD) compared to 156.929 million QAR (55.9 million USD) as of 31 March 2021.

The insurer's quarterly turnover has hardly changed with 3.185 billion QAR (1.08 billion USD) compared to 3.171 billion QAR (1.13 billion USD) at the end of March 2021.
