Qatar Financial Centre Authority, James Sutherland has joined the company

James Sutherland has been nominated Director Business Development Insurance and Reinsurance of the new Qatar Financial Center Authority. Before then, J. Sutherland had been entrusted with the international operations at the Lloyd's of London.
