Purchase of 20% of Arab Orient Insurance Company's capital

The Canadian group Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited has bought out 20% of Arab Orient Insurance Company's capital. This transaction amounts to 10 million USD. The capital of Arab Orient is currently held at 65% by the bank of Kuwait.
