A “pool construction" project

With the promulgation of the new construction Code, which makes third party liability, contractors' all risks and decennial insurance compulsory, the Senegalese Federation of Insurance Companies (FSSA) plans to establish a construction pool. FSSA's non life technical commission is entrusted with the mission of developing standard clauses, setting contract rates and drafting the statutes of this pool.
