BNP Paribas Assurance and Hannover Re are entering the capital of PlaNet Guarantee, asubsidiary of the PlaNet Finance group belonging to Jacques Attali. PlaNet Guarantee was set up in 2007. The company is specialized in insurance and reinsurance brokerage in the micro insurance sector. It operates inFrance and abroad. This shareholding acquisition occurs on the occasion of a capital increase whose amount has not yet been disclosed.
